And there is cause to celebrate as it ‘s the year of the Pig: a year of fortune and luck!
Lunar New Year is the beginning of a year whose months are coordinated by the cycles of the moon, accounting to a purely lunar calendar or a lunisolar calendar. The year of the Pig occupies the last (12th) position in the Chinese Zodiac. You are a “Pig Chinese Zodiac native” if you are born in one of these years: 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019 .
2019 is a great year to make money, and a good year to invest!

This Spring Festival is a time for celebration, renewal and to let happiness and fortune prosper. There are also a whole schedule of tradition activities around the festival. For example here is a list of 10 things to avoid during the CNY celebrations.
All activities associated with the Spring Festival are embedded with the purpose of removing the old and welcoming the new. New is considered auspicious and provides protection from evil spirits and bad luck. Well we can’t argue that!
