Interiors Styling and Decorating join the Hills & West Repertoire

Since October of 2015, Hills & West has been dedicated to creating beautiful, luxurious and functional pieces for the wardrobe. Two years ago, we expanded into creating beautiful pieces for the home with HILLS & WEST HOME.

Now, we are “officially” extending our desire to make people happy and create beautiful things, by taking the Hills & West aesthetic and ethos into the home with interior styling consultation services.

Our philosophy is one of: quality and craftsmanship; function for timelessness; attainable luxury; and creating a story that brings you joy.

Our aesthetic is modern, minimal and innovative with a bit of flare — curating a simplicity that is warm and inviting; a perfect marriage of our Dutch/Australian heritage. Hills & West’s founder Aisha Hillary-Morgan imbues this distinct signature style into everything she curates.

Much like our own ethos, Scandi-design’s ideological background formed from post WWII democratic social views, believe that beautiful and functional pieces should be accessible to everyone, not merely the wealthy. We appreciate the clean lines, light colour palette, with a splash of colour for fun, the minimalist look and natural industrial materials, all ensuring the furnishings are highly functional and of high quality. We combine this with more down-to earth, relaxed and flexible features of Australian design, and your personality to create your own welcoming story, so that your home is as unique as you.

Why expand now? 

All the stars were aligning and interior styling has always been in the five year plan.

In May this year we set up HILLS & WEST RENOVATIONS to document an exciting project interior styling a Victorian townhouse and a Grade II listed Georgian manor in the UK.

Then a few months later, after some brainstorming with M. Contemporary, we agreed to collaborate and offer a styling and decoration service that complimented their art consulting services. Together, we can guide you on your art and interiors journey to bring life, inspiration and creativity into your home.

After studying Interior Decorating at Coco Republic Design School in August last year to further build on our interior knowledge, skills and connections in Australia, the intention was to take the Hills & West Lifestyle Accessories aesthetic and build on Hills & West Home
